Material records, dimensions, quantity inputs, finish, lead-time questions, and early coordination with the client's project professionals.
Coordinated tops and surfaces services
When separately contracted, Tropical Stone may coordinate qualified independent partners for defined design, estimating, templating, fabrication, delivery, and installation services.
Procurement and logistics
Availability confirmation, special-order preparation, slab or lot records, written deposit terms, release documentation, and delivery or pickup coordination.
Scope and pricing are project-specific
Every expanded-services proposal should identify the included services, responsible provider, exclusions, assumptions, allowances, timing, and price. Material, coordination, and partner services may be quoted differently depending on the project and the level of involvement requested.
Qualified independent professionals remain responsible for the work they perform, including field verification, design, engineering, templating, fabrication, installation, and code compliance, except only where a written agreement expressly assigns a specific coordination responsibility to Tropical Stone.
